This form will inform the trainer about your overall fitness in order for him to guide you properly in the gym and outside the gym, at home. This form must be completed prior to the start of any training program to minimize any possible injuries.

In-Gym Training

All in-gym training sessions are currently held at SportFit and Sport & Health. If demand is great enough in MD, 2K Knockout Fitness will investigate in-gym training in that area. In-Home Training

In-Home training is available as long as it is within a 15 minute radius from Pentagon City, VA. Areas outside those limits may be possible, but will carry a premium. Please contact Keith for scheduling and rates.

Boxing Classes

Boxing Classes are available in 10 session packets at SportFit Bowie. Our classes are held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 8:45-9:45 p.m. They are jam packed with energy from a mixture of cardio and strengthening activity. Consultations

Exercise is the key to better health, but no plan is complete without the adoption of proper eating habits. Keith does not believe in diets, specifically. Instead, he wants to guide his clients to adopt healthier habits. Keith will assess your current habits and guide you to a better you at your own pace.

He is available for one-on-one or group consultations, focusing on fitness goals and general eating guidelines. If this is something of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact the trainer.
